Headlight all lights are a problem

So I bought a new headlight(the old one was blown) When I hook up the NEW bulb none of the other lights work. When I disconnect the headlight wires and leave them hanging my running light and my speedo. light work…..

Get this, when I connect the blown headlight(just to get around town) my running light and my speedo. lights work.

I have NO idea why this would happen.

This is what Ive tried; Check and fix grounds, swap wires on the headlight, check the switch, check for loose and unconnected wires.
