batavus 1978 & 1979

I had my son’s black 1978 running well…he put a gallon of gas in and came back with a leak. after inspection found a pin hole in the carb body, wondering if you can recommend a sealer/filler that would hold up. Also gas streaming out of the air filter hole???

This bike is blowing plugs like crazy. I pull the pug and its oily black and wet. Plugs last like a week. Could all this stuff be related?
