i want to know how you broke two…. it seems like after the first one breaks maybe it is time to rethink torquing.

Anyway, they sell something like an “easy-out” kit at hardware stores, make sure to buy the right size one and follow the directions, hopefully you can back them out of there. It just grabs onto the inside of the shaft and brings it out. Very very last resort would be drilling and re-tapping to take a heli-coil. Try the easy-out type thing several times if you have to.
