1980 Express nc50 problem

I have cleaned the carb 2-3 times, check fuel flow, roasted the muffler, insured that the time and point gap are correct, and verified that the gas cap is vented. The Express starts every time and runs good of 3-5 seconds, then it dies.

Any sggestions?
