changing the spark plug temp does not make your engine run cooler. By putting in a cooler plug, you are fooled into thinking the jetting is correct, when it is actually more lean. Unless you’ve raised the compression. Higher compression runs hotter and needs a cooler plug.
If you ride any kit at WOT for too long, it will likely seize. You have to find a way to cool down the engine quicker if you don’t have the discipline to ride a kit correctly. whether it’s bigger jetting or inventing some sort of forced air system (like on the minarelli engine) or whatever.
