That sounds about right for the jet size. I have always run a 57 or 58 with great results. Look on the front plate of your bike and see what number your cylinder is. You may be cramming tons of air/fuel mix into a very small intake and ports. If you have black sludge coming out hmmmm. I would say a top end rebuild with new gaskets is in order. It may seem like you have good compression, but a new set of rings is always a nice thing. Quarterkick has very nice chrome plated rings for cheap. I have been running those for some time now and have had nothing but good things to say about the.
