black sludge???

so when i push start my kinetic a black sluge comes out of the muffler which i think is gas…

and the engine is covered in more black sludge but blacker and sludgier

so what should i do???
engine rebuild kit?
new muffler?

oh and the carb leacks…
and i know i need an air filter
but what else?

sooooo any help?
