WOT. pop! dies. hot?

Puch E50/70ccTCCD/16SHA

When I go wot for too long, I hear some popping noise and it suddenly gets jerky and eventually dies down. It won’t start right up after but if it ‘cools’ down, it’ll kick right up again.

Currently running a b7, should I go b8?

Jetting?

Spark plug cap bad?

Help me narrow this down!
