moped wont run i cant figure it out

my 75 vespa wont run anymore
i had it running a few months ago but i was driving it one day and well it just stopped i wasnt sure what it was i messed with it and nothing and it just keeps not wanting to run
there is gas going to the carb, the spark plug is good, im pretty sure i mixed the fuel corectly, i just need help does anyone know anything that i might have passed when checking stuff??
