Wheels, wheels, wheels

So here’s the deal, I bought some 16” whitewall tires for my ‘79 Motobecane Mobylette. There’s just one problem: I have 17” wheels. So my question is, do 16” wheels even exist for this vehicle? And if not, is there a certain model of moped that has 16” wheels that I can swap out without much of a problem?

Er, and my throttle is sticking no matter how much lube I put in the cable. Any clue about that?
