what your describing is classic “4 stroking ” when it does. well, what you just said. Usualy from runnng rich, but very often with sachs cuase its got one of those dinky pipes on it all full of shit.

clean your exhuast port and your pipe, or get a less restictive pipe.

until then back off on the throttle right till it stops 4 stoking
