Moby only idles tipped to side

It’s wierd, my Motobecane idles only when I tip the whole bike left, about a foot is enough. When I tip it to the right it won’t idle, and obviously on the stand straight up it wont idle. It has a short intake and Gurtner. Anyone ever have this happen?
