Frankenstein NC50

I bought what I thought was a NC50 for a parts moped, and discovered a couple things: the motor is in better shape then the one I have, and the motor is completely different from the one I have.

The thing doesn’t “wind up” like the other 2 nc50 motors I have, it kicks over. The carb is different and there is a throttle or something like that coming off the oil pump.

Does anyone know of anyway to determine what this motor came off of? I’d like to try and start getting some parts for it so I can get another moped on the road.
