2.25x 19, Huh?

So my buddy is thinking about buying a used hero majestic panther, and were scoping out how difficult getting various parts will be. The company specs online say the tires are 2.25×19. I dont think ive seen moped rims that big before, does anyone know who carries tires in this size? I browsed the usual moped webstores and didnt see anything. Cheng shin makes a 2×19 but I don’t know if that would work…
