Mobylette 50 wont idle

i just rebuilt my mobylette with new rings and started it up. It rund but only above half throttle. I just cleaned out the jet before i put it together and i know the air filter is clean. im pretty sure the problems in the carb but im not familiar with these. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
