Electrical question PLEASE HELP.

I had some welding done on the frame.The engine was installed on it when it was welded.Did this fry my magneto and everything electric on the moped?Could someone with Ohm’s Law tattoo’d on their you know what, please take a look and figure this out.I’m fretting terrible here.I’ll have to wait till I get home to look.I hate invisible stuff like electricity.I was being so careful.
