Awesome. I have a bunch of those, they’re great bikes. It may not spark without a battery, as the old Hondas (up to the early 70s) had an ignition system powered by the battery.

Try to at least sand off and put clearcoat or something over the rust, mine all seem to rust really fast. I guess the metallurgy of Japanese bikes isn’t quite as good as the European ones, or at least it wasn’t back then.
