you need to confirm if you just bent one of the downtubes or the physical forks. if you’ve bent the physical forks it would be best to replace them. i barely top off at 140 and my forks were bent just a bit and i was bending downtube after downtube, and screwing up my front rims as well because of the slight bend in the forks. if the actual forks are bent in any way your best bet would be to replace them, or ride around 5mph avoiding every pebble in the road.

Remove the shocks and inspect the downtubes, grease everything up real well with lithium grease and reassemble. That may be all that’s needed. Let me know what you find.
