For tires, you probably need either 17×2 or 17×2.25. Gazelles are generally acknowleged to be the best, but they’re a pain to get on. I attempted to get a consensus about brand quality, but it didn’t get very far, so I can’t really tell you more about any other brands. You can read it here if you so desire. I don’t really know what to tell you about the headlight. If it stopped working and the wires all seem fine, maybe the bulb is burnt out? Here are the two things I bookmarked regarding headlights. Dunno if they’ll help or if they will apply to your situation, but whatever. Links are fun.
