I think that JB weld will work. You just need to use a little bit and then be as precise as you can when you shape it. I have JB weld in one of my cases where I went through to the stator in a spot when I was port matching and it’s held up fine.

Also, you don’t need a flywheel puller, you just need a rubber mallet. The mallet method works great on vespa flywheels.
