you went way to far. Your not suppose to go all the way through just to the very end. Than your suppose to flare it out at the end with a file.

You need a new case. JB weld wont fix that the clearances are way to close and there is no way you are going to get jb weld that smoothit will tear up your crank get into your ports than blow your piston.
