Moped stll bogs

I posted earlier but my problem hasn’t been solved. I have a Puch Maxi 1.5 hp who’s exhaust i just derestricted. I just put a 58 jet in there. The moped will bog when at full throttle and when trying to go from standstill. It will be ok int eh middle range (untill the throttle is about 85 % open) but when i open it up from 85 to 100% is gets a tiny bit slower, sometimes alot slower. I ran it this afternoon and it had minor problems when going from standstill and all the way up, but i tried again this evening and it freaking DIED 6 blocks out and i had to turn the lights off and pedal to get it started again and then it was ok. WTF. I did a plug chop and the plug was nice and chocolaty/tannish brown. i will try a 62 jet tomorrow. I tried it today but seemed to still have the problem, maybe i didn’t let it run for long enough.
I did iinstall a 72 jet on it before the 58 and it didn’t even get up to 20 mph, ended up dying so i guess that’s too much.
Could it be anything else??
