Yeah… um..that won’t do. I think you can probably fix that with JB weld. What do you seasoned guys think? I think that if you roughed up the outer and inner surfaces of your gap side with some sand paper or your finest file, clean it with alcohol, put a little JB weld on, let it cure for a couple of days, sand it down with fine sand paper so that there is no gap, you’ll be OK. Or, you could just use your SI engine. Personally, I think you can save that one though. I’d try.
