Linda, remember most torque wrenches measure in foot pounds and most mopeds need inch pounds.
Clinton lake doesn’t need anymore junk in it. Maybe we oguth to have a tech day sometime.
Oladon, a compresseion test could be a good idea.
always good to check points and lucky for you the express is one of the easiest peds in the world to access them on. (seee pic) check your timing while you have the cover off. I don’t think that ’s it. but again your issue is bizarre.
I’m on my third running Express and have one pretty close to running. (I hope)
there is a website (expressly mopeds maybe?) that is all about expresses, but it’s hard to navigate. I’ll find and post the addy.
