96 Tomos Sprint problems

Well I got my Tomos running, sort of.

Here’s the problem: it will start with the choke on fine, but when I take the choke off, it revs out REALLY hard and fast for awhile and then dies. If I try and give it gas when it’s revving, it dies.

Air leak maybe?

Any suggestions would help, I am kind of stuck right now.
