If you are talking about the retaining nut holding on first speed gear and “roller pack”...
use a 1/4 inch socket (usually 10mmm) put it between the case and the 18tooth sprocket (stops the gear from spinning freely) and boom you are ready to remove the left hand threaded nut.

If you are talking about the actual clutches themselves…I just use a flywheel holder to stop the clutch shaft from moving and remove the clutch retainer nut.
