your carb. is most likely the encarwi S22/25 (30 mph version), and the #58 is the break in jet and should be changed to a #56.

check the side of the carb. for the id #

the carb. needs to be tight on the intake, maybe you can wrap some thin sheet metal around the intake to act as a spacer, or maybe your screw is stripped and you need a new one.
