Things to look at on a Honda C100

Before anyone objects, yes I know it’s not a moped, but I have been keeping my eye out for a C100 and there is one for sale in the area. AFAIK it does not run and it is in rough shape. I am hoping to go look at it tonight and was wondering what things I should look for on these bikes? I’m definitely going to check for spark, but is there anything else I should keep in mind on the C100’s? Thanks in advance,
