DUR!. Do your research first! Before you go running off on the mouth. NOT every moped is the same. Bet you didn’t know that sachs don’t have a seperate head. Its all one peice, a jug.
Steve, some advice on unsiezing your sachs. Try to find an oil filter wrench or a strap wrench and try working the fly wheel back and forth a little. or maybe loosen, do not remove but loosen the bolts holding the jug to the case and tap gently around the jug with a rubber mallet and then go back to trying to work the fly wheel back and forth. If the jug moves up and down after you’ve loosened the nuts then at least your crank isn’t siezed. Spray that PB everywhere, in the exhaust port, intake, spark plug hole, crank case if you can get the straw thru the gap. Worse comes to worse you could remove the magneto and the stator plate and split the case and pull the crank and the jug out as a unit and start futzing with it without the rest of the case getting in your way. just be gentle and hopefully it’ll eventually come free.
