Circlips are 18mm

As for the wiring – ground everything coming out of the motor except for the blue wire (run that to the coil). With this setup you do not have a kill switch, you can run a loose wire out of the blue wires terminal and touch it to ground to kill the bike or you can just pull the sparkplug boot (wear a glove and don’t touch metal when you do it or you will get shocked).
