need 19mm carb intake connection

on my bike i have a mikuni kogyo carb from the last owner with several problems:

-it used to have cable choke, which is partially removed
-it has an idle jet and fuel mixture screw, and i’m horribly unfamiliar with how to adjust these, and i’m assuming i have to to get it working
-no air filter that’s easily obtainable

i’m used to working on my tomos engine/dellorto carb, which just had one jet and one adjustment screw, this one has two jets, two screws, missing choke, and no air filter.

its connection to the intake is 19mm, and i’m trying to buy a new, preferably simpler carb with intact choke and air filter, what carb connects to a 19mm wide intake manifold?

please help!

even suggestions, maybe i’m doing something (or not doing something) stupid that i should be doing? anyone work with a mikuni carb before?
