The Puch two speed engines have 2 clutch cables, one inside the engine, and one outside. I assume that you need to replace the external cable. You can use a bicycle derailer cable, you can buy one at any walmart, etc, for like 3 or 4 bucks. You will need an 11mm and a 10mm wrench down by the engine to replace the cable, hint, don’t turn the 11mm head, only the 10mm head. Hard to explain, but trust me.
