What colour is your spark? It should be bluish-white. If it’s orangish I’ve heard it said that your timing is off. Did you clean your exhaust port? If not, take the muffler off and clean the port, and try to start it before reinstalling the muffler. Tighten your head nuts to specs if possible, just nice&tight if not. Do you have air/fuel mixture screws? Maybe they’re out of wack through vibration.
