pulling the engine back should give you enough room to get the socket on and off. you just need to hold it back for a second while you “break” the plug. then you can thread it out by hand. or get the special plug wrench made for moby’s.

you can get bulbs anywhere.

bogging is the action you describe at full throttle. It’s caused by an airleak. could possibly be from the exhaust, or somewhere else. or too small of a main jet.

however you clean the reeds, be careful not to bend them. if they don’t close, they don’t work. try a little carb cleaner and a toothbrush.
