puch electrical & circlip size question

On a 2 speed puch motor, to minimally get the motor functioning, what should I do with the headlight and taillight wires? Should I ground them or just leave them disconnected? From the diagrams on the wiki, I know where the other wires should go but for now I don’t have a headlight or taillight.

Also, what size is the circlip that holds the drive sprocket on? I need to find a replacement for mine somewhere.
