right, leave the plastic thing in the carb, but dremel the inside diameter of the plastic adapter until it fits on your intake.

you will be running really weird if your intake is still 9mm inside diameter. you will be either super rich or super lean and you will blow through a ton of jets trying to get the mixture right.

just save yourself hours of tuning and drill out the intake.
