attention peugeot experts!

Got a peugeot 102 here, original Gurtner carb is a joke, so decided to get rid of the leaking cloggin piece o’ shiz and bought a delotoro SHA.
the in take manifold is 19mm and the little plastic adapter on the carb is 18mm but the actual part on the carb for the intake is larger than 19mm, does any one have the 19mm plastic part they want to sell me? Or just any advice at all keep in mind that the peugeot 103 and 102 use totally different intakes. thanks!
