Intermitant spark on QT50. NEED HELP, again

So I got my yamaha, after a good carb cleaning and air/fuel mix adjustment to run about where I wanted it, around 27-30. Now, however, I am getting intermitent spark, i.e. got it, don’t got it. Now I can’t get it to start. For a while I was able to just skirt the issue by putting in new plugs every hundred miles or so, but now, it just aint happening. Any ideas?
