just run a wire from the yellow wire coming out of the case straight to the headlight. make sure the ground wire inside the bucket is securly attached to the headlight mounting bolt. Make sure there is no rust or plastic washer or something prohibiting a good ground from the bolt. Also, make sure the bulb is good.
