Yeah, I’m grounding the plug to metal. I have a new coil coming and hopefully I am going to just wire that in. Will I still see the spark if the timing is off when the points come into contact? I’ve been reading a lot online and theres a bunch of stuff about the points not touching when the piston is at the top of its cycle. Repeating the question, should I still see a spark regardless of when the points touch?
