still siezed, what now

You can give up on getting it unstuck and cut the top(where the head would attach if it were a normal cylinder) off of the cylinder and then beat the piston down with a block of wood and a hammer…really though, if it’s stuck bad you probably aren’t going to be reusing the piston or cylinder anyway.
