Dont let off the throttle on hills, thats how you seize an engine.

The decompression lever is used as follows: you hold it in and pedal, then release it while still pedaling. It releases all compression when held in, so the engine turns easily. Then you drop the lever and theres compression, so it fires. You only need to hold it in til you feel the clutch engage.

I notice you have either a Leo Vince or a Proma (cant tell) exhaust on there. Do you have the stock airfilter still on, and also, has the carburetor jet been changed to increase fuel flow now that theres a performance exhaust?
