Alright, just got back from outside checking the exhaust pipe attachment. Unscrewed both nuts, made sure it was even, and retightened them. The exhaust sounded a bit healthier, but it still only went 2mph with full throttle.

I gapped the plug to .66mm when I installed it.

Any more ideas?
