DellOrto carb on Puch *Help*

I’m trying to run a 14.12 DellOrto Carb (no real air box, just some pantyhose to give it some back pressure) on my Maxi. I have a 15mm intake and a bi-turbo exhaust…not kitted.

So far all I get is a really low idle, heavy 4stroking and very little speed when I ride it.

Anyone else running this same setup? Does anyone have any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!
