Very well put, so thechnically if i was to find a way to rotate that lever counterclockwise, in the same manner that the cable would pull it if was one piece, it should start…correct? It looks as though I could wedge something between the arm and the motor housing to mimic pulling it with the cable. It runs, I have to turn the flywheel with a drill though.
