ZA50 What am I missing?

I picked up a za50 that looks like someone busted the clutch cable and tried and failed to fix it. Can you tell for the attached pics what is missing from the top of the case? There are two holes at the top and I was wondering what went where. This is my first 2 speed so any info would be great.





The second photo is of the case contents just in case something is missing but it looks like its all there.
