First does it have a decompression valve sticking out of the jug (left hand side)
Second how are the rings?
Third would be the crank seals

If its all three call BJ at Handy bikes, he’s got seals, rings and probably the decomp valve too. Rebuilding them is easy. Pull the flywheel, remove the stator plate, remove the clutch, split the case, go to town
