hi
you need a #10 deep socket to get that end nut off.
there is a baffle in there that, most of the time, is more clogged up that the rest of the exhaust.

remove the nut and the end cone should just twist off.
the baffle has the threaded rod going thru the middle of it.
grab on to the 1inch tube coming out of the baffle and wiggle that sucker off the threaded rod.

scrape off the carbon and clean out the holes good.

with the back cone off you’ll be able to remove alot more crap from the rest of the pipe.
