Regarding the points and condenser. These parts are very important since this is how you generate the initial bit of electricity to ultimately create the spark.

My advice is to file the points smooth and adjust them so they get even contact. The set them according to specification and clean them by inserting a file card or dollar bill into the closed points and then pull out the cleaning medium.

I would also suggest changing the spark plug. This turned out to be the problem I had with my moped, weak spark from bad points and condenser and a bad plug.

Since you are getting plenty of fuel, maybe too much the only other thing would be to verify your compression.
