fantic issimo

Hi folks, I just picked up a fantic issmo. I purchased it not running. I got it home and pulled the carb off and cleaned the *&^% out of it, drained the fuel and and added some fresh gas, cleaned the points through the flywheel holes and put a new plug in it and cannot get it to start. Has great blue spark, getting fuel just cannot get it to fire. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
